Je m'appelle Patrice Sarzi.
Je suis né en 1957 à Herserange en Meurthe et Moselle, à la frontière luxembourgeoise. Je suis divorcé, père de 3 filles, et papy de 4 petits-enfants (Ethan, Lucien, Sarah et Alice).
J'habite Nancy.
Je suis informaticien, j'ai travaillé au rectorat de Nancy-Metz.
Je suis en retraite depuis décembre 2018
My name is Patrice Sarzi. I was born in 1957 in Herserange in Meurthe et Moselle, on the Luxembourg border. I am divorced, father of 3 daughters, and grandpa of 4 grandchildren (Ethan, Lucien, Sarah and Alice). I live in Nancy. I am a computer scientist, I worked at the rectorat of Nancy-Metz. I have been retired since December 2018
Mon parcours photographique
J'ai découvert la photo à 12 ans quand on m'a acheté mon premier instamatic Kodak.
J'ai acheté mon premier reflex, un pentax k1000, à l'age de 20 ans pendant mon service militaire.
Je l'ai revendu 5 ans plus tard pour acheter un CANON EOS 500 argentique avec 2 zooms.
J'ai testé le numérique en achetant un petit compact CANON A80. J'ai pu tout de suite me rendre compte des possibilités qu'allait offrir cette petite révolution : partage, retouche, mise en ligne.
Mes photos allaient enfin pouvoir sortir des cartons.
Vite limité par les performances de mon CANON A80, j'ai acheté un reflex numérique, un canon 350D.
Lors d'un séjour à Venise pour le carnaval, j'ai alors rencontré un groupe de photographes passionnés de diaporamas numériques. J'ai découvert cette nouvelle discipline qui permettait de mettre en valeur ses photos en fabriquant un montage sonore.Depuis la naissance de mes petits-enfants, je me suis lancé dans la photo de studio. Je réalise des séances shooting pour des naissances, mariages, départs en retraite et tous autres événements de la vie.
I discovered the picture at 12 years when I was bought my first instamatic Kodak.
I bought my first DSLR, a pentax k1000, at the age of 20 years during my military service.
I resold it 5 years later to buy a CANON EOS 500 film with 2 zooms.
I tested the digital by buying a small compact CANON A80. I was able immediately to realize the possibilities that this small revolution was going to offer: sharing, retouching, putting on line.
My pictures were finally coming out of the boxes.
Quickly limited by the performance of my CANON A80, I bought a DSLR, a 350D gun.
During a stay in Venice for the carnival, I then met a group of photographers passionate about digital slide shows. I discovered this new discipline which allowed to highlight his photos by making a sound montage. Since the birth of my grandchildren, I embarked on the studio photo. I do shooting sessions for births, weddings, retirements and other events of life.

Mes préférences
Je suis plutôt attiré par des photos dites de reportage. Au cours des voyages, j'aime bien photographier les sites mais aussi les personnages. Leur attitude face au photographe en dit souvent trés long sur le pays et sur les modes de vie.
De ces photos, j'en fait des albums que je mets en ligne sur ce site.
Lorsque j'ai l'inspiration suffisante, j'essaie de faire un diaporama numérique avec le logiciel PicturesToExe. Le résultat est souvent à la hauteur du temps passé.
J'ai également suivi une formation d'encadrement artistique et j'aime mettre en valeur certaines de mes photos en les encadrant.
I'm rather attracted by so-called reportage photos. During the travels, I like to photograph the sites but also the characters. Their attitude towards the photographer often speaks very long about the country and ways of life.
From these photos, I make albums that I put online on this site.
When I have sufficient inspiration, I try to make a digital slideshow with the PicturesToExe software. The result is often up to the time spent.
I also received a training of artistic supervision and I like to highlight some of my photos by framing them.
